Induchoodan, the only son of Justice Maranchery Karunakara Menon (Thilakan) was framed in the case by Manapally Madhavan Nambiar (Narayanan Nair) and his crony DYSP Sankaranarayanan (Bheeman Raghu) to take revenge on idealist judge Menon who had earlier given jail sentence to Manapally in a corruption case. The story begins with Induchoodan released and his father & mother coming to stay with him.

Sultan (Shakti Kapoor) adopted an orphan and named him Badshah (Akshay Kumar). Badshah grows up to be a criminal and his life was made difficult by Inspector Pradhan (Ashish Vidyarthi). When the child's parents find out about him, they ask Babu to return their child. Will he let the child go? Will the child go with his parents?

Shekharan brings out the role of Vishwanathan in the murder of Vincent Paul, which creates a panic in the political level.

Nilavey Mugam Kaattu
Prakash and Murthy have been thick friends ever since Prakash took Murthy into his house - against the wishes of his own parents - after his father killed Murthy's mother in an accident. So Murthy thinks the world of Prakash. When Prakash goes to America to study, Murthy steps out of the house after overhearing Murthy's parents scheming to send him out disgracefully.Murthy is given accomodation by an old man who is reminded of his son Govind and henceforth starts going by that name.What transpires later forms the crux of the story.
